Service Experience Dialogue Process

The purpose of the service experience dialogue process is to provide a platform for administrative units to share their top 3-4 performance metrics. Performance metrics should reflect how each administrative unit supports the success of their constituents. In addition to sharing their performance metrics, the highlighted unit will collect feedback on ways to improve their services.

This group consists of administrative leaders and deans who meet with the provost on a monthly basis.
