Leadership

Jayhawks Rising is governed by an Executive Steering Council, a Campus Steering Council, and five Campus Goal Teams. The Executive Steering Council sets annual priorities for the University which guide the Campus Steering Council in finalizing the actionable work or strategies proposed by the Campus Goal Teams. 

The five Campus Goal Teams consist of leaders from across campus responsible for developing and implementing strategies and setting metrics and targets that meet the objectives of each goal. Members of each team have direct accountability to the goals, objectives, and strategies.
